Dannie Damien, an Italian songwriter & previously a member of glamsters S.E.X. Department, decided to go it alone and his first solo outing is a demo with 14 songs, mainly melodic rock/AOR & some pop/Americana stuff.And while I like his honesty and his obvious songwriting skills (there's no denying this collection includes some very cool songs), the whole affair is really nothing more than.... a demo. The production is most of the time below par & the singing should be handled by a real singer.
I’m sure this talented songwriter knows all this way better than anybody else but this is the sort of stuff that I personally wouldn’t want people to hear unless it’s done properly.(rockreport.be)
