Kyle Henderson is the ex Bassist/Vocalist for the bands,”Whiteface” and “The Producers”. After The Producers got dropped from CBS Records in 1983, Kyle became a Born-Again Christian and released this Christian album on ex Kansas and fellow Christian, Kerry Livgren’s label. “More Than The Look Of Love” album was favorite among Christian listeners and Christian radio. Kyle Henderson’s,”More Than The Look Of Love” happens to be one of the most sought after Christian albums filled with very strong lyrics about Jesus Christ !!! In fact,The Producers recorded Kyle’s song, “Renaissance” from “More Than The Look Of Love” for their 4th album, “Coelacanth”, but re-wrote the lyrics so it would’nt be so Christian for their album.(www.mhr.com)
Cutthroat - It Must Suck To Be You 1995 (Heavy Metal) US
2:53
Following the demise of Milwaukee's MEGATON BLONDE , drummer Mike Stix (also ex-REALM) would go on to form a heavier band with vocalist Mark Woydelko , Guitarist Jimmy Furlong , and Bassist Scott Meyer called CUTTHROAT. Recorded in the early 90s , this is the first time ever on cd for their debut release. This is straight-up 80s-style U.S. Power Metal drawing influences from bands like Crimson Glory, Mercyful Fate , Black Sabbath , Riot , Malice and Flotsam & Jetsam. Powerful vocals , scorching riffs , and a pounding rhythm section showcased a band with a lot of talent and promise. Retrospect is very proud to have them on the roster. A nice find for any collector of obscure traditional American 80s sinister Metal!!
Marilynn - Back Where You Belong 2012 (Hard Rock) Germany

Formed in 1987, Marylinn was one of the single bands playing melodic hard rock on the other side of the Berlin Wall. They performed music in the best traditions of Europe, Treat and Fate, even managed to record the pre-production demo for the debut album, but broke up due to problems within the band. In 1999 Marylinn returned to the stage, performing on the territory of their native country, and now, 25 years later, it’s time to release their debut album, “Back Where You Belong”, full melodic retro sound, hit tunes, powerful riffs and keyboards! Raymond May - Unadulterated Addiction 1988 (Melodic Rock/AOR) Canada
3:35
RAYMOND MAY was born in Sri Lanka & raised in Canada. During his teens he went to London & joined THE UNKNOWNS who released one Single. While in the UK he also competed in a local "Battle Of The Bands" contest & was ultimately signed to Penta Records by one of the judges who happened to be BRYAN ADAMS manager (Bruce Allen). The result was this sole offering which was produced by Bruce Fairbaim (BON JOVI, LOVERBOY)& was released in 1988. The result was typical Canadian straight Radio-Rock made famous by BRYAN ADAMS although he had an American way of singing. It was a well produced LP, but absolutely nothing to die for & was nothing more or anything less than straight Melodic Rock that had vibes along the lines of JOHN COUGAR MELLENCAMP, DOCTOR & THE MEDICS & BILLY SQUIER. The record label eventually folded & he was left without a contract. It's unclear whether he actually opened for AEROSMITH or not at the time the label went down the tubes...

His experience as a performer, with thousands of shows under his belt, meshed perfectly with his ability to coach singers toward better and healthier vocal performance. In an effort to expand his own knowledge, Lyell has studied with some of the most prominent vocal coaches in North America. He continues to teach, write and record out of his studio, Rayne Records, in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.(MHR)

Yes sir !!!, an impressive Westcoast record, but with more rocky parameters than usual in this genre. If you have the opportunity, get it, at least for me it has been a great acquisition.(victoraor)
Prinzip - Wir Reiten Mit Dem Sturm 1983 (Melodic Rock/AOR) Germany
3:48
The band formed in 1973 in East Berlin by Jürgen Matko Matkowitz (formerly Renft and Uve Schikora Combo), Frank Czerny (formerly Burkholz), Reinhard Miehatsch (formerly Uve Schikora Combo) and Klaus Scharfschwerdt (formerly Vulcan) and were active till 1990. In 1975 they released a 7 ″ single titled “Beschwerde” before they released their dedut album in 1978. “Wir Reiten Mit Dem Sturm” is their third album featured formerly Elefant man Bobo Huth on bass duties. Inspired by bands like Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple and the Scorpions offer another good album with good production and well arranged songs although there’s few filler probably they ran out of ideas. Remove rare to find it, worth the search. (mrck)
