Sceptre hailed from Newberg, Oregon acted in the mid 80s. Not to be confused with Sceptre from Los Angeles, California. Their debut album came out in 1986 from Free Rain label in timy limited copies in tape and vinyl edition. If you are a fan of  the 1980’s style Christian rock with power chord drivin’ guitar and great keyboards,then this rare private press gem is right up your alley.The song “Helter Skelter” on here is their own song, not to be confused with the beatles song.
