Melodic, atmospheric, and emotive are words I've always associated with Refugee, with socially aware lyrics that, as a rule, you would not couple with the genre of Aor. MTM reissued "Affairs" in 2005 with 5 bonus tracks, 3 of which were recorded "Live". "Burning" is arguably the better album, and produced by Pat Glasser (NightRanger,Giuffria), is a nightmare to track down on cd, with dealers charging top-dollar for a copy. A sure fire reissue candidate. Myles Hunter would go onto release a good solo album, with three ex Refugee members, entitled "Northern Union"(Island, 1990).
