Heres a good hard rock album for you with some prog time changes and a vocalist that sings an octave or two lower than Geddy Lee. In fact, occasionally Crosby does sounds like Pavlov Dogs' , Dave Surcamp. Comparisons can be made to early Queensryche, a more melodic Rush and Enchant.
