This is Stranger 1st. & last album [Sailing Out] album, which is released as CD by Jave, under the Rogend series, which was the project for re-releasing Korean old school heavy metal albums as CD, and there were 8 albums total.
Dionysus could be good band for Neo-Classical metal, but it was too difficult. So after Dionysus disbanded, Lee Si Young(ex-Dionysus, vocal) met Lim Duk Kyu(guitar), and formed Stranger. Following Neo-Classical style, but made somewhat different one.
