Great hard edged Melodic Rock with some stabbing keys (parping) akin to bands like Javan, Purple Heart and the guitar crunch of German rockers Shagreen and Bonfire. Fiery riffs with a gritty vocalist (no accent) who should probably be singing Heavy Metal, but sits quite nicely with Blue Thunders particular brand of rock. A band seemingly "luckless" with two deaths in recent years. Original vocalist Helmut"Animal" Huspenina was killed in a car crash and manager and friend Gerhard Staud died after failing to recover from open heart surgery.(aor-fm)
